• Please be mindful when booking an appointment so that I can best accommodate you and other clients
• 24-hour notice is required for all cancellations
• Payment in full will be required for late cancellations or “no-shows” unless:
  • The appointment can be filled
  • Unforeseen last-minute cancellation fees are determined on a case-by-case basis at my discretion
  • COVID-19 cancellations due to symptoms or exposure are cancelled without question, rebooking will require 14 days or negative testing
• If an emergency arises, please let me know as soon as possible so that I can treat your specific situation with personal attention. I recognize that there are circumstances that are out of your control (sudden illness, family emergencies, etc.) and I can make an exception to the above policies on those rare occasions.

Masks are now optional throughout the office. However, if either the client or the therapist would prefer to remain masked, both will remain masked during the treatment. 

I recognize that everyone has their own level of risk tolerance. Therefore, I reserve the right to ask you whether you’re vaccinated, and/or offer rapid COVID tests when I deem it wise. You may also ask the same of me!

I ask you to stay home if you have symptoms or if you were recently exposed to COVID. Note: I do not charge for same day sick cancellations, but please call to cancel if you’re feeling unwell or had a COVID exposure.

By making a massage appointment, you accept the risk of COVID-19 transmission, regardless of abundant precautions taken by Sasha Peterson LMT.  By making a massage appointment, you consent to your contact info being shared with the Department of Health should a need for COVID-19 contact tracing arise. I pledge to inform you if that is the case. If you have health conditions that increase the risk of COVID-19 severity, please consult with your physician prior to receiving a massage, and please inform your massage therapist of these health conditions. If you decide to receive massage regardless of these conditions, you do so at your own risk.
